It was so good that I was suspecting there is a catch somewhere. They've really transformed. They used to profile someone as if you had no right to be there even if you're there to get your own hard earned car sorted. I was pleased with experience.

Courtesy car booked but not available. My car needed a part to pass MoT - Promised for next day. Part arrived but not fitted. We were clearly the bottom of the priority list at every point. Not a nice place to be so we won't be back.
