The New BMW Centre at Exeter is really lovely & new has a great ambiance about it . Very relaxed but aware of outstanding employees customer attention.

I needed a new wing mirror as the existing one had fallen off. Unfortunately this was not in stock so had to be ordered. Currently still awaiting the part.

Gavin Osborne was always available and communication was superb on phone and email. Took the stress away from the part / ex transaction.
