The person we dealt with initially, who is no longer working there, was very slow to respond and did not get back to us. Once we complained about this, the service was first class and the team did everything possible to help.

Persisted I required a health check. I didn't receive a health check report on collection nor on email. Made an enquiry to a service advisor at Vertu after the fact and they said they would pass the message and get another one sent over.

My car had a mystery fault and I booked it in for diagnosis. Whilst on site, the staff were helpful, but I was not kept informed by phone as promised. The recommended fix did NOT solve the problem, so it was an expensive waste of time. Disappointing.

We were impressed by the planning towards the MOT, giving clear instructions of what to do on arrival. The staff were friendly and polite. Our car was ready to collect earlier than expected. Only one criticism was the washing of the car. Not wiped.
