The service was undertaken professionally. All staff involved were considerate and knowledgeable. Car service was undertaken within expected time. Adblue and screen wash topped up.It was returned washed and vacuumed inside.

Our car was MOT'd and serviced and returned without problem. The inspection was video'd and sent to us for our information, which was useful to see. Everything was very satisfactory.

I went to the Exeter garage via recovery although I had to wait for two hours for my tyre to be fitted there were comfortable areas with tea and coffee available.

Pre service phone call Virtu said Battery was on its way out, agreed to have it changed during service a few days later. When the car was picked up the battery was not done, Had to return 10 days later as you did not have in stock. Why book it in ???

Our car was booked in early as the doors opened in the morning and was only ready at 5pm. Not ideal when travelling from Barnstaple which is an hour's commute on a good day with added fuel costs.

When I booked the vehicle in for a service at the end of August I asked for new front screen wipers to be fitted, a new front grill to replace the damaged one and a check on why I was getting two warning messages about my rear lights that were ok.
