My car had a mystery fault and I booked it in for diagnosis. Whilst on site, the staff were helpful, but I was not kept informed by phone as promised. The recommended fix did NOT solve the problem, so it was an expensive waste of time. Disappointing.

We were impressed by the planning towards the MOT, giving clear instructions of what to do on arrival. The staff were friendly and polite. Our car was ready to collect earlier than expected. Only one criticism was the washing of the car. Not wiped.

I contacted the the Exeter branch with an issue after the oil drain flap was left open dragging on the ground after my visit. I was promised a call back from a service manager that as yet hasn't happend after 6 days.

Communication from Service Department needed to be a bit more 'joined up' - I had to prompt the calls and follow up. Should have been driven by the Service Team. Car was not cleaned after work completed. Full clean and valet promised 'next time'.

Appointment rebooked due to short staffing in planned day. Promised completion by 13.30 and valet clean requested. Phoned at 13.30 to check progress and it had not been started! Called at 17.00 to say finished but no time for valet clean.

I initially visited the site to book the car in but was told that because it was Saturday he wasn't sure what to order ( parts) so would ask on Monday and e mail me with an appointment and what was going to happen. No contact

I was very well looked after. My car was collected on time and I was left with a courtesy car, and my car was return when I expected it. The team at Vertu kept me informed of the service progress whilst it was with them.

Failed my car on its mot which existed from the previous year when they passed it so was driving for a year on a potentially invalid mot . In resolving the issue I've been left with a wing mirror that I can't adjust so is useless .

We waited for 4 hrs for mot, service, brake fluid and wash & clean. The staff were amazing checking on us regularly and couldn't have been kinder to us. The car came back with all jobs completed as promised. Thanks to Vertu BMW.

I asked that they fix panel below bumper, which was springing off. I was told this would be picked up during vehicle health check but they didn't do it. Mileage on documentation was wrong - stated 102000 miles when in fact it has done 43700.

This was for an MOT test. I was not contacted to inform me that one tyre needed replacing. I arrived to collect the car and was only then told that it had failed due to a worn tyre. This meant me have to return with the car on the following day.

Car booked in for Recall arrived just before 12. Went to waiting area sat there for 4 hours15mins no update. Went to service reception at 4.15 told they would look into it. Told job was finish at 3.15. Rubbish customer service.

Very good customer service from Kallum and service was complete and tyre changed. I did however mention I believe the putty around my two nearside tyres has holes and leaks air. Not sure this was looked into and still an issue.

Our car broke down. There was a problem with the traction control. We attempted to arrange for it to be brought in for repair. This proved to be a very frustrating experience. The earliest appointment was a week hence. No courtesy car was available.

Staff were all very polite and helpful. It took a while to be attended to on both visits but the coffee made up for this. The main issue I had was with the cost of the repair. Numerous 'discounts' were added but with little explanation on the bill.

Service team are fantastic when you can actually talk to them but that requires going in directly to the dealership and not through the Vertu call centre or your local business manager as you do not get a call back and have to resort to going in.

Self check in was very good. Staff on reception at collection was very friendly. Only issue was my dash cam was disconnected without asking me ( I know why it was done) BUT it was not reconnected or was I advised to reconnect. That was bad.
