We were very disappointed when the Barnstaple showroom closed and worried about getting the service and aftercare covered but the free delivery service was great.

There were no problems. The advanced log in worked ok. The car was inspected and reported and it was ready for collection washed and vac'd.

Waited to speak to a person /didn't want to self check in . Spoke to lady ,took my number, husbands was on service sheet, said she would phone me when ready but phoned husband who was unable to take call . What's the point of speaking to someone !!!!

Had the car all day and wasn't washed when I collected it at 5pm. Then they wanted to charge me until I told them it was still under warranty. Also told in my video I need 4 new tyres. BMW fitted 2 new ones when I bought the car. MOT said they passed
