I have bought many cars over the years with Richard Perret. Richard is very welcoming and friendly. I have so much fun buying a car we always have a laugh. He listens to what I would like in a car and manages to make me very happy with my new cars.

Online booking confirmation gave two separate times for drop off. Drop off at 10.00 slot - car not ready until 5.00 Cheeky response from reception Thing I asked to be checked has not been done. Phone call promised - still waiting... Milage wrong

Professional and friendly. I decided to wait for my MOT and brake service. I was given the option of a bus day rider pass which I used. It made the whole experience enjoyable. The waiting area was very good and offered a great coffee variety.
