Alan was very excellent throughout my visit. On returning to my car I noticed the Workshop had failed to shut the bonnet properly before handing the car over and the handbrake was so tight I couldn't use it. So had to ask for additional assistance.

supportive customer service after: the frustration of having to drive the 45 minutes each way to Exeter three times to get the correct part fitted, the disappointment of having to leave the car overnight despite.

Satisfied with the work done. However I was told it would take just over an hour, and it actually took 2.5 hrs with no information as to why it was taking so long. Bit irritating.

Everything went to plan from check in to receiving car back at the end of service and MOT. Allen looked after me and the car very well. He was professional, friendly and engaging. Allen explained the results of the MOT and the extra advisory work.

Booked in at 08:30 told it would take 2 to 2 and a half hours.Ready at 12:30. Only in for MOT and Brake fluid change. However Allen who was looking after me was excellent. I'd give him 10!!

Kallum who looked after us when collecting the car got full marks from us. Very friendly and explained what had been done. On drop off though we were not told we would get an email asking us to respond on potential work. So did not look out for one.

managed to collect a spare part from plymouth to exeter in order to pass the MOT on Friday. I needed the BMW car for a long weekend journey.Otherwise, i would have driven a mini one, (our town car) on 360 mile round trip.

Booked the car in 1st thing in the morning and didn't get it back until 17.30. I explained that I am a dairy farmer and needed to get home to milk my cows. There seems a lot of people not doing very much, maybe they should come and work for me.

The check in of the car was fairly easy, the receptionist did assist but mainly because I had not used this system before. I did however miss the service staff who used to know me as I have had several BMW cars.

The checking in was very efficient and prompt, I was asked what time ideally I would like to collect my car and I did say 12 noon/ 1 pm would be ideal but realised that may not be possible. I was phoned at 11 30 am by Harry to say my car was ready
