Self check in was very good. Staff on reception at collection was very friendly. Only issue was my dash cam was disconnected without asking me ( I know why it was done) BUT it was not reconnected or was I advised to reconnect. That was bad.

After an appalling after sales experience at ocean bmw where we purchased the car, we changed to vertu, who listened, treated us with respect, and didn't blame us for the electronic tailgate not working after they had changed the back window!
