Professional and friendly. I decided to wait for my MOT and brake service. I was given the option of a bus day rider pass which I used. It made the whole experience enjoyable. The waiting area was very good and offered a great coffee variety.

We were very disappointed when the Barnstaple showroom closed and worried about getting the service and aftercare covered but the free delivery service was great.

Waited to speak to a person /didn't want to self check in . Spoke to lady ,took my number, husbands was on service sheet, said she would phone me when ready but phoned husband who was unable to take call . What's the point of speaking to someone !!!!

Had the car all day and wasn't washed when I collected it at 5pm. Then they wanted to charge me until I told them it was still under warranty. Also told in my video I need 4 new tyres. BMW fitted 2 new ones when I bought the car. MOT said they passed

The repair was carried out promptly so I can't fault the garage on this. Would have been a 5* if I didn't have to chase the garage up regarding the repair (as this was presumably forgotten about following my service)

All went smoothly as expected with the one exception - I was expecting an A/C clean, as I had been asked if I wanted one, but it didn't happen. I wasn't charged so issue there but I have no idea what went wrong. Did I mishear?

1. It took 5 months to book me in for a recall to change starter motor that could catch fire, during this time I was expected to not park my car in a garage or close to my house. Their call centre is in Gateshead so they have no local knowledge!

My only complaint is that though the vehicle took 2 days to complete the service and MOT. I know problems can occur but just keep me updated even if only by text or e mail. I had to put off an appointment for the following day because of this.

A very thorough job in most respects, including the useful under car check. But the urgent need to change the two front tyres because of nicks from potholes wasn't passed on to me until after I'd collected the car, leaving me vulnerable to punctures.

My car had a mystery fault and I booked it in for diagnosis. Whilst on site, the staff were helpful, but I was not kept informed by phone as promised. The recommended fix did NOT solve the problem, so it was an expensive waste of time. Disappointing.

We were impressed by the planning towards the MOT, giving clear instructions of what to do on arrival. The staff were friendly and polite. Our car was ready to collect earlier than expected. Only one criticism was the washing of the car. Not wiped.

Communication from Service Department needed to be a bit more 'joined up' - I had to prompt the calls and follow up. Should have been driven by the Service Team. Car was not cleaned after work completed. Full clean and valet promised 'next time'.

I asked that they fix panel below bumper, which was springing off. I was told this would be picked up during vehicle health check but they didn't do it. Mileage on documentation was wrong - stated 102000 miles when in fact it has done 43700.

This was for an MOT test. I was not contacted to inform me that one tyre needed replacing. I arrived to collect the car and was only then told that it had failed due to a worn tyre. This meant me have to return with the car on the following day.

Our car broke down. There was a problem with the traction control. We attempted to arrange for it to be brought in for repair. This proved to be a very frustrating experience. The earliest appointment was a week hence. No courtesy car was available.
