The team at the BMW centre in Exeter were all very friendly and helpful. We dropped our old car off there and drove the new car away. Aaron spent a lot of time talking through the different aspects of the new car to ensure that we were comfortable.

Feel I was treated very well when I was trying to decide which new car I would buy. No pressure to commit even when I said I was looking at other brands. Had a test drive when I wanted and even though I was buying a lower end model I felt valued.

Within seconds of driving my car it became clear that it was unsafe to drive. Some work had been done on my steering rack incorrectly but was ignored by the mechanic who had driven the car from the garage to the car park.

Service was carried out in a timely manner, and I used the comfy customer area whilst waiting , with refreshments readily available. Only downside, I think the running in service should be complimentary when purchasing a car which costs over £100,000

I had arranged for a courtesy car but was given an electric vehicle which I had never driven. It only had charge for 30 miles. I had to find a charging point and how to use one. Also ended up paying for far more charge than I needed. Not good.

As above you still haven't fixed the damage you caused when warranty work was carried out, we are around a 90 mile round trip and putting unn miles on the vehicle and being without it for days at a time only for you not to complete the work

The process was easy from start to finish. They were also very accommodating of my need to have the car back by a certain time as we live 1.5 hours away and had to be back for childcare.

I had to wait too long and was not kept informed of progress. I had to enquire how much longer it would take. On the plus side, the cost was significantly lower than I was originally quoted - a pleasant surprise!

The whole reason I was there was because on a previous service someone forgot to program my new spark plugs to the car. So at 40,000 miles my car said I need new ones.

My servicing requirements are arranged/ paid for through EMAC. BMW notified me to confirm a service booking for my vehicle. I confirmed my attendance on line. The BMW Service Centre and Exeter BMW did not know what service was required.

My initial contact with you was Monday 24/03 when I reported that the engine management light was on and the earliest date I could be offered was Wednesday 30/04 - over 5 weeks. This is unacceptable.

Left confused as to why the additional work hadn't been done even though I had received a confirmation email. Bonnet popped open driving up the motorway.

The team in the desk are lovely, very professional and helpful. However, a wait appointment for two new tyres should not take 2 and a half hours when you have a timed drop off. It took so long I didn't have time for my complimentary car wash.

You used to send a video showing parts of the underside of the car and any defective parts that needed replacing. I did not receive one this time. It makes it easier for me to understand, when rang to say we had a fuel pipe leak, which meant MOT fail

Absolutely disgusting, I would never recommend anyone take their vehicle there. To be phoned to say you can collect your car and then be made to sit for an hour and a half, I wouldn't expect that from a company like this or any other.

The most difficult part is getting through by telephone to book a service at least two months before it is due. Then being asked tecknical questions on what I need in the service. Please take the age of the customer into account.

My only negative comment is that on the last two visits I had to return the following day to collect vehicle although told it would be completed in one day. Noting I dropped off day before the scheduled work day.

My breakdown was dealt with immediately and the work carried out quickly. However I was told my frront tyres were down on 2.5 mm and needed replacing. The video shows them being all around 5mm !!!

If it had not been for my intervention and mechanical understanding vertu would have been happy to do unnecessary works at a premium. All customers want to trust their service partner not question the validity of the appraisal. More honesty needed!

Since Vertu took over, the front desk of the Service Dept ( operation, efficiency and staffing ) has become very poor. I did get the job done but the whole process was very disjointed - there was alot of confusion with the work being done and cost.

We asked for a replacement light in the glove box, because it had stopped working. My wife was told that it was necessary for the vehicle to be kept overnight as an investigation was required. We only have one car now, so the costs became prohibitive

Always a good experience when the car passes first time. Slight issue with tyre which the mechanic sorted. Explained about the remaining tread but no real pressure to replace the front two.

Arrive itself was fine. Vehicle health check video had a perpetual failure to load and staff completely ghosted my polite requests asking for help - like completely ghosted. Sent about 3 or 4 comms direct to their emails and never bothered to reply.

I was given a quote for rear discs and pads to be replaced but when the bill was produced I was quoted for £118 more than the original quote. It was reduced to the original after I queried it with discounts or whatever but what if I hadn't queried ?

Confusion between National Call Centre, Service Centre and BMW App about time of service and work required. Air Con service included even though unpicked. Had to remove it from the schedule at Exeter. Slight delay with broken oil filter casing.

My car went in for an annual service, oil change and MOT and came out needing further work - a Transmission Oil Change! Yet another annoying reminder in the dashboard. I have booked it in but as the car has only done 40,000 miles I wonder why.
