They were extremely friendly and helpful throughout. we were unable to collect the vehicle during the day so they stayed open late for the vehicle handover. The vehicle handover was detailed and a great experience.

Nothing major, but unmanned reception delayed contact on arrival for new car collection. Telephone reception, probably not as professional as some organisations.

The only issue i have with the service as for the warranty side was great , but I was offered a free VHC which I didn't get a copy and two days later had an MOT which Failed on extensice oil leak , if I had have known I would have done leak b4 Mot.

Good outcome as all problems have been fixed, even though we were told there wasn't actually a problem with the aircon when there clearly was.

No issues this visit other than a courtesy car had not been reserved, even though I was told it had. However, this was rectified immediately, and a car was provided (it was lovely too!). I wouldn't mind downgrading to one, 2' Series Coupe, in time.
