For various reasons my first service was tricky to fit in. BMW main booking service was nothing short of appauling. HOWEVER when I contacted Vertu Exeter (will never phone main booking again!!!) they were truly wonderful and managed to fit me in.

Not happy with the communications from your systems. I have been using the MyBMW App for years but when I spoke to you reception team they said it was not showing as registered and they had to see what was wrong.

The receptionist was very slow when I dropped the car off. Having already filled out the check in online the night before I expected it to be a smoother transition. However the staff were very polite. I was disappointed at the quality of the clean.
