They were extremely friendly and helpful throughout. we were unable to collect the vehicle during the day so they stayed open late for the vehicle handover. The vehicle handover was detailed and a great experience.

For various reasons my first service was tricky to fit in. BMW main booking service was nothing short of appauling. HOWEVER when I contacted Vertu Exeter (will never phone main booking again!!!) they were truly wonderful and managed to fit me in.

Not happy with the communications from your systems. I have been using the MyBMW App for years but when I spoke to you reception team they said it was not showing as registered and they had to see what was wrong.

The receptionist was very slow when I dropped the car off. Having already filled out the check in online the night before I expected it to be a smoother transition. However the staff were very polite. I was disappointed at the quality of the clean.

The results were explained to me, a written summary of the work was provided. The work was completed by mid afternoon as I had requested due to a long drive back home. An e mail was sent suggesting I looked at a short video.

I was away on holiday whilst the car was in needing unexpected work. I was kept regularly updated by Kiera via email. This made it stress free and easy.

The only issue i have with the service as for the warranty side was great , but I was offered a free VHC which I didn't get a copy and two days later had an MOT which Failed on extensice oil leak , if I had have known I would have done leak b4 Mot.

No issues this visit other than a courtesy car had not been reserved, even though I was told it had. However, this was rectified immediately, and a car was provided (it was lovely too!). I wouldn't mind downgrading to one, 2' Series Coupe, in time.

I originally booked this MOT through the main VERTU website. I received several emails and texts that were telling me of different service centre and a different time than I had booked. Twice I had to call BMW Yeovil branch to check and cancel.

The car was MOT'd and serviced, it did take a long time and I was waiting around for over 3 hours without any updates, found out I had a nail in a tyre but wasn't told, this could have been fixed there and then if I knew about it

Service team and experience at point of service was great. Mika and Clare were very helpful and the lady on the front desk was very friendly and helpful too. The experience in getting the car booked in was tedious and frustrating.

Easy drop off process, quick to drop and retrieve the car, aa vast improvement on previous visits where you get called to say come and get the car and then end up waiting when you get there.

This was a waiting appointment meaning I wait 1 to 2 hours whilst they conduct for service. That didn't happen. After one hour, my car was still sitting in the car park untouched by Service. It then comes back within 25 minutes from the service.

Very satisfied. My car was booked in on a Wednesday and certain faults meant it was not ready until Friday. Joshua kept me fully informed of developments, arranged a loan car and ensured work was completed when specified.
